Guesthouse Review: Tigon Homestay, Hoi An – Vietnam

December 22, 2014 By James Clark

Guesthouse Review: Tigon Homestay, Hoi An - Vietnam

Hotel Name: Tigon Homestay
Address: 34 Le Quy Don Street, Hoi An Ancient Town, Hoi An, Vietnam

Tigon Homestay, Hoi An - Vietnam

I stayed at the Tigon Homestay in Hoi An, which I booked via Agoda. I booked it for its price (which at the time was a special offer on Agoda) and for its location, being a short walk from the Old City. Hoi An is a small place so most places are going to be walkable anyway, but I liked this for being just outside the historic quarter and for being down a quiet alley. Being near the old town is the best area to stay in Hoi An.

This homestay is a guesthouse-style accommodation with the owners of the property living and managing onsite. There are two levels of the house with an open common area outside on the ground floor and a communal kitchen area upstairs.

My room was spacious and had a comfortable bed and had no problem with the wifi connection.

My bathroom was clean and modern and had instant hot water.

My room came with breakfast but I only took the coffee as I wanted to try some of the local eateries and I was only there for a day.

You can book the Tigon Homestay online or search for other hotels in Hoi An.
