Hotel Review: Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Jaipur, India

[Edit: The Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Jaipur has since been rebranded as Hotel Radisson Jaipur City Center. This review remains as an archive.]

Hotel Name: Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Jaipur
Address: Khasa Kothi Circle, M I Road, Jaipur, India

Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Jaipur

I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Jaipur as a guest of Club Carlson, who I was working with on behalf of their Global Travelers campaign.

The hotel is located between the main railway station and the historic Pink City district.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Soft bed, polished floorboards, nice furnishings.

Most importantly for me the hotel has decent wifi. Public wifi is a rarity in India (as of 2013) and not all hotels come with wifi either. There is no cafe culture for working travellers so finding places to stay with wifi is crucial.

I was pleased to see that the breakfast buffet includes a chef making up fresh masala dosa’s, which is my favourite breakfast in India.

And the usual western fare is represented as well.

The hotel also has a swimming pool and fitness centre.

This hotel is now the Hotel Radisson Jaipur City Center. Book online or search for more hotesl in Jaipur.
