Hotel Review: An Ngan Phu Hotel, Quy Nhon – Vietnam

June 18, 2020 By James Clark

Hotel Review: An Ngan Phu Hotel, Quy Nhon - Vietnam

Hotel Name: An Ngan Phu Hotel.
Address: 186 Dien Hong, Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh, Vietnam.

I stayed at An Ngan Phu Hotel in Quy Nhon, Vietnam. I booked online at the rate of 297,000 VND ($12.93 USD) per night, and picked it for its price and location in the city. The last time I was in Quy Nhon I stayed near the city beach. It’s a compact city, but I wanted to see more of the city streets this time.

An Ngan Phu Hotel is located near Nguyen Tat Thanh, which is the main north-south road with nice parks next to it. It’s also near the new conference centre. The hotel is in a typical skinny building that is common in Vietnam.

I booked a double room with a private bathroom. The room was simple and modern, and the bed was comfortable. The room had air conditioning and a fan. My booking said it has a window, but the windows were more like light shafts. At least the room wasn’t in complete darkness.

An Ngan Phu Hotel Bed

A bedside table and chairs with some free drinking water. There was no place to hang things though, so the chairs filled that role.

There is free wifi in the hotel, and I had a good reception in my room.

The bathroom was clean and in good condition. It had a separate walk-in shower with good hot water.

There is no breakfast service here, so make a plan to explore the local eats.

From the hotel I walked to the bus stop for the airport at 100 Mai Xuan Thuong. It’s less than 10 minutes walk away so it was a convenient location.

Overall this was a good place to stay as a budget room in Quy Nhon. These cheap and serviceable hotels are common in Vietnam, and this one served it’s purpose well.

Book the An Ngan Phu Hotel online, or search for more hotels in Quy Nhon.
