Hotel Review: Yen Vy Hotel & Apartment, Da Nang – Vietnam

April 22, 2023 By James Clark

Hotel Review: Yen Vy Hotel & Apartment, Da Nang - Vietnam

Hotel Review of the Yen Vy Hotel & Apartment in the An Thuong beach area in Da Nang.

Hotel Name: Yen Vy Hotel & Apartment.
Address: 24-26 An Thượng 30, Phước Mỹ, Da Nang, Vietnam.

I stayed at the Yen Vy Hotel & Apartment in Da Nang. I booked online at the rate of $12.25 USD per night, and I booked it for its price and location in Danang.

The Yen Vy Hotel & Apartment is located the An Thượng area near the beach, and this area has become a hotspot for digital nomads. I think it’s one of the best areas to stay in Da Nang.

One of the drawbacks of the area is that it’s a work in progress, so there are still empty lots and construction sites in the area. Fortunately there was no construction nearby when I was staying.

Yen Vy Hotel & Apartment

The Yen Vy Hotel & Apartment is a typical Vietnanese tube building that is tall and skinny. These buildings also tend to have steep stairs to the entrance, so something to consider if you have mobility issues.

The lobby is a simple area with a waiting lounge and reception desk.

I booked a Deluxe Room, and I made sure the room had a window. These long and skinny building usually have middle rooms with no windows. The buildings are also built next to each other, obscuring any side room view.

Yen Vy Hotel room

The bed was big and comfortable, and it had useful bedside tables with lights and power outlets. The room had air conditioning (required) and there was a good wifi connection in the room.

A useful desk and chair set. Drinking water is supplied, and there is a kettle and emergency noodles if you get hungry and can’t be bothered to go outside.

The bathroom was in clean condition.

The hotel is about 5-minutes walk from the beach.

Danang beach

Overall this was a good place to stay in Danang, especially for the price. This area has a lot of cheap hotels like this, though they may not age so well over time. Make the most of it while they are new and still cheap.

Check prices for the Yen Vy Hotel & Apartment or search for more hotels in Danang.
