Hostel Name: Travel Talk Taipei Backpackers Hostel
Address: 2F, No.96, Sec.2, Minquan E. Rd, Taipei, Taiwan

I stayed at the Travel Talk Taipei Backpackers Hostel which I booked online. I selected this hostel for its location being near a metro station. It turned out to be a good choice as the hostel is also near an airport bus stop so it didn’t require getting the metro after getting off the airport bus.

After spending some time in Taipei I found that there wasn’t really an advantageous location in the city, just as long as you are near a metro station.

I was in a 6 bed dorm which was spacious enough and air conditioned.

The common area is where the tea and toast breakfast is served, and there is lockers available for valuables.

This was one of those hostels where the staff made a difference. The manager, Jean, was helpful in offering things to do in Taipei and Taiwan travel tips. She was very friendly and welcoming and reminded me of why I like staying in hostels.

I ended up coming back here for a second time so I could be close to the airport bus for an early morning flight.
