Hotel Review: Spacy BKK, Bangkok – Budget hotel near Punnawithi BTS

January 25, 2025 By James Clark

Hotel Review Spacy BKK Bangkok Thailand

Hotel review of Spacy BKK, a budget hotel near Punnawithi BTS on Sukhumvit 63 in Bangkok.

Hotel Name: Spacy BKK.
Address: 2296 Sukhumvit 64 Alley, Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok, Thailand.

I stayed at the Spacy BKK in Bangkok. I booked online at the rate of 793 THB ($23.35 USD) per night, and I booked it for its price and location in Bangkok.

Spacy BKK is on Sukvumvit 63, around the corner from Punnawithi BTS. This is a bit too far down Sukvumvit Road from where I usually stay, but in this case I wanted to see some properties in this area. If you are new to Bangkok I suggest staying further up Sukhumvit Road. Here is my guide on where to stay in Bangkok.

Spacy BKK Sukhumvit 63

If you aren’t staying in the main areas that I outlined in the Where To Stay guide, then the next best option is to stay near a transit station (read more about the Bangkok Mass Transit System).

Spacy BKK is just off Sukhumvit Road, so it is convenient to get to the BTS.

Spacy BKK

Spacy BKK is in a small building and the reception is only open for limited hours. Check with them if you are arriving late.

I booked a Standard Single Room, which had a single bed in a narrow room. The bed was very comfortable and the room had air conditioning.

There is a table that runs along side of the room, making the most of the limited space. The room had a wifi signal from different points in the building.

Spacy BKK desk

The room would have been better off without the microwave, which was just taking up precious space.

The bathroom was also small but otherwise in good order.

My room had a view of the international school across the road. You could hear the traffic of Sukhumvit Road from the room, but that didn’t bother me.

Overall this was a suitable place to stay if you are looking for a budget room near Punnawithi BTS. Book the Spacy BKK online or search for more Bangkok hotels.
