Hotel Review: Hanoi Fantasea Hotel, Hanoi

June 28, 2017 By James Clark

Hotel Review: Hanoi Fantasea Hotel, Hanoi

Hotel Name: Hanoi Fantasea Hotel
Address: 78B Hang Non Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, Vietnam.

I stayed at the Hanoi Fantasea Hotel in Hanoi. I booked online and picked the hotel for its location in the old city area (the best area to stay in Hanoi). For this hotel stay I wasn’t staying overnight as I had a late flight that departed at 1.45 am . Rather than spending all day in Hanoi and arriving tired and sweaty at the airport, I booked a cheap hotel instead.

I booked a single room with a private bathroom. My room had a big window facing the street which made a nice change to have natural light in the room. It was a small room yet it was laid out with space around the double bed.

The room didn’t get oppressively hot so the fan was enough.

The bathroom had no window but it was kept clean and fresh.

There is free wifi in the hotel and I got a good signal in my room. Hang Non Street is in the ancient quarter of Hanoi and there are plenty of food options in this area.

Even though I didn’t stay overnight this was a decent enough budget hotel to stay at. If you are backpacking and just looking for a cheap room then this is ideal.

Check prices for the Hanoi Fantasea Hotel, or search for more hotels in Hanoi.
