I stayed at the Radisson Blu Temple Bay Resort at Mahabalipuram as a guest of Club Carlson, on behalf of their Global Travelers campaign.

Mahabalipuram (formerly known as Mamallapuram) is in the southern state of Tamil Nadu. This seaside town is best known for the UNESCO World Heritage stone carving monuments.

The Radisson Blu Resort Temple Bay Mamallapuram is situated at the end of the main beach, which features the Shore Temple. The resort features hotel style rooms as well as a selection of stand-alone villas on the beach front.

The villas are spacious and include a lounge area and inside-outside bathroom area.

Breakfast includes a western and Indian service, such as the classic Indian breakfast – masala dosa.

By the beach there is an infinity pool.
