Hotel Name: Pula Center Apartments and Rooms.
Address: Mletacka ul. 10, Pula, Croatia.
I stayed at Pula Center Apartments and Rooms in Pula, Croatia. I booked online at the rate of €28 per night, and I booked it for its price and location in Pula.
Pula has a population of just under 60,000 people, so it’s not a big city. There didn’t seem to be any particular advantageous area to stay so I wasn’t too concerned about the location. When I am choosing budget accommodation I also check to see if it has wifi and a private bathroom. What I never usually consider is the check-in time, which in this case was at 4 pm! I had arrived at lunchtime so I had a few hours to kill with my bags before I could go to my room.
Apartment rentals are a popular style of budget accommodation in Croatia, and I like them for the most part. The thing I am most wary of is the check-in procedure. My previous apartment rental involved a hidden key, and I was stranded outside until the location was revealed by email. This time I had an easy process with a key lock near the door.
The apartment rental (like other places I have stayed at in Croatia) is one big apartment that has been subdivided into smaller self-contained rooms.
My room was a single room with a shared bathroom. I would normally get a private bathroom, but sometimes I pick the shared option.
The bed was comfortable and the room included a functional table and chair set. There was a good wifi signal in my room.
As an apartment rental, the room also has a kitchenette, though I never use the kitchen for short stays.
The bathroom was modern and spacious, and it was kept clean throughout my stay.
The apartment is near one of the main pedestrian shopping streets, and it is easy to walk to the main sights (such as the Pula Arena).
Overall this apartment served my needs for budget accommodation in Pula. Check prices for Pula Center Apartments and Rooms, or search for more hotels in Pula.
