Hotel Review: Nantra De Comfort Hotel, Bangkok – Thailand

June 11, 2014 By James Clark

Hotel Review: Nantra De Comfort Hotel, Bangkok - Thailand

Hotel Name: Nantra De Comfort Hotel.
Address: 125/4-7 Sukhumvit 55, Thonglor, Bangkok, Thailand.

I stayed at Nantra De Comfort Hotel booked via Agoda. I picked this hotel primarily for it’s location on Thonglor (Sukhumvit 55), which was close to a conference I was attending.

Thonglor is a great area anyway and I like staying in this part of Bangkok. The price was also a deciding factor as I got one of those super deals that turn up on Agoda. In this case I paid around $15usd per night.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Thonglor BTS Skytrain. It is just off Thonglor, down a little alley so it is quiet.

The room was nice enough with a comfortable bed. The building though had the smell of mouldy paint which hits you when you enter the property.

Breakfast consists of a basic buffet of cereal and toast which you can help yourself to.

Free wifi available in the bedroom and it worked no problem. Overall it wasn’t amazing but certainly great value for the price I paid to stay in this part of Bangkok.
