In reply to Tom. Yes it goes under CMT8, but they have been demolishing houses on CMT8 where the stations will be. Indeed will be lots of excavation, and a longer tunnel than the short Line 1 section.

Do You know if the Metro 2 line will go under the Cach Mang Thang 8 street ? Same with other streets like Truong Chinh, and so on ? I think that would be the case rather than under some body ‘s home. Lots of excavation.

In reply to Duong Nguyen. Yes I have also seen this map and it would be a good idea to extend it to the Cat Lai port. I'm not sure that map was official though, so for my map I have just recreated the lines as officially proposed by the railway authority. I'm working on another map that would show extended lines, such as Line 2 to Cat Lai.
