Hotel Name: Elisabet Tirana.
Address: Rruga Mahmut Fortuzi 2, Tirana, Albania.
I stayed at Elisabet Tirana in Tirana, Albania. I booked online at the rate of €15 per night, and I booked it for its price and location in Tirana.
The Elisabet Tirana is a hostel in an old apartment building. Buildings aren’t obviously numbered in Tirana, and as an apartment in an apartment block, this would have been a difficult place to find. The hostel sent me a video via Whatsapp on how to walk to the building from the main street it is near. This made finding the entrance much easier.
The hostel is in an apartment on the top floor (4th floor or 5th floor in America) and there is no lift. Leg day is not skipped here. I’ve stayed in enough apartments across Europe to know that the interiors don’t always match the exteriors. The apartment was more modern than the exterior would lead you to believe.
After entering the main entrance there is a common area, and there were instructions for checking in.
I booked a double room with a shared bathroom. This is a common arrangement for private rooms in hostels.
My bed was comfortable and there was decent wifi in the room. The fridge also included a variety of snacks available at a reasonable price (in case you didn’t feel like running down the stairs to go outside).
The shared bathroom was kept in good condition. There was always someone there throughout the day who was cleaning or doing the washing.
There is also a shared kitchen in case you want to self cater.

Here is a review of another hostel in Tirana, and a guesthouse that I also stayed at. And if you are unfamiliar with Tirana, here is my Tirana trip report.
