For my stay in Prague, I had trouble finding any decent budget accommodation at short notice so I turned to Airbnb (note to self: don’t book Prague at short notice in August!).
I ended up selecting this listing: Spacy room in central Prague, which worked out to about $40USD per night. I picked it for its location, which was within the historic area, on the river and not far from the “Dancing Building”.
The room was in an apartment that was built for sharing, with several rooms that share a kitchen and bathroom.
My room was spacious and sparsely furnished with a double and single bed.
The room had its own fridge and table.
There was a shared kitchen which I used for breakfast.
The bathroom was clean and spacious, and there was also a separate toilet.
You can book the room here, and if you are new to Airbnb you can get $25 credit by applying here.
If you would still rather stay in a hotel search for more hotels in Prague.
