And sounds like a wonderful day in Paris. I’m definitely a fan of one-day ‘refresher visits’ to cities I’ve already been to, and Paris is a great one for that. I can’t quite get enough of it. Every time I go, I come away with something extra to add to the to-do list for the next time. But I totally agree: the best way to spend time in Paris is just to wander around it. There’s so much to see without even going inside any of the museums / galleries etc. Beautiful architecture – not to mention great people-watching! Glad you had a lovely day there. Made me nostalgic for Paris, now!
